Bump brings friends together and helps them stay in touch with each other. Widgets strengthen this connection by allowing you to add friends directly to your home screen. I was responsible for the design and prototyping of the widgets for iOS and Android.
Demi-sel Icons follow and supplement amo visual language. I made the first set and developed a system of guidelines, detailing key principles for making new ones.
Getting a new friend is a memorable moment. I designed a fresh new flow with custom haptics, playful effects, and animated transitions.
At Amo, in addition to main product design tasks, I work on what I call "fun factor features"—carefully designed elements in the user experience that spark joy and bring delightful moments. One of them was a permission access toggle. I designed a special Rive animation and a custom haptic pattern to make the experience even more immersive.
New Paste Menu handles the content in your clipboard and gives you a preview of the content before pasting it into the conversation.
For the most dedicated users of Bump - I designed a special section, appearing only after unlocking all 8 main ones. Its design is inspired by the era of skeuomorphism, mixed with bubblegum machines, and the texture repeats the texture of the DJ set installed in the amo office.
New Watchers view enrich the experience by ranking your friends by time they have you as a widget on their Home Screen.
In-app Live Activities use Dynamic Island to display contextual notifications. For example, the friend counter increases with each accepted friend request, and the In-App OMW Live Activity shows the remaining travel time.
